Has anyone gone crabbing at HH, either on their own or with the group? If so, please let me know what outfit you went with, how was it, etc. Is there an area for crabbing at the resort?

There is a small fishing pier at the resort. They have crabbing equipment right there, I can not guarantee that you will catch enough to have a crab dinner though! But you could kill a couple hours trying!

We just got back from HH on Sunday. Crabbing off the pier is just for laughs and little kids.
There is a crabbing excursion that sounds better but haven't tried it yet. We are returning in September and would be interested in what ever you find out. Good luck and Great Crabbing!

When I was young, I went crabbing at Hilton Head with my big toe. Pulled my foot out of the water and a crab was holding on to my toe.
Somehow I felt like wearing water shoes after that, of course back then we put on a pair of Keds.......
