EA process help please

Probably an easy question for you EA veterans out there. I got my EA card last year and used it once in Orlando. I was wondering what you folks mean when you say " no waiting in line". When i used my card in Orlando last year I went to this little booth near the EA cars and I WAITED in line. Should I have gone directly to a car, open the door, grab the keys, drive and deal with the check out attendant at the gate (where you drive out of the garage). When planning WDW every second counts. thansk to all

As long as your reservation is made using "Emerald Aisle" as your Level of Service, you can proceed the aisle label "Emerald Aisle"(The 1st aisle in Orlando), choose any car, and drive to check out. No Line. Check out takes about 2 minutes (max!). Make sure you have any coupons printed and with you.
