View Full Version : Mailed a check to the Dolphin....

Hi all,

I mailed a check to the Dolphin to pay the entire balance on my in-laws room. The check was cashed almost a month ago but I haven't received anything from them stating that the room is paid in full.

I know Disney usually sends updated bills but since this is the Dolphin, I wasn't sure how they would handle it. Anyone do this and run into a problem? This is the culmination of a year of planning for my in-laws' 50th anniversary present!!!! Of course I want it to be perfect for them - it's their 1st trip to Disney.

Call the Dolphin and ask if your payment has been posted. If you have a fax number they will be happy to fax over your updated comfirmation right then. I have had no problem asking them to do this.

I've never gotten a confirmation from the Dolphin unless I asked for it. It's gotten so I don't even bother anymore. I just call and ask. Never had a problem.

Gotta love that 1-800 number!
