We have 8am PS for Breakfastosaurus,AK doesn't open until 9am.Will I have any trouble getting to AK by 8am? using OKW (WDW) bus transportation?Thanks:earsboy: :earsgirl: :sunny:

We stayed at the Boardwalk and the buses did not run for 8am PS. We took a cab.

Call ahead for a cab to arrive about 7:30 or 35 and it will arrive at the AK gate about 7:45, when it opens. That will get your family into the park ahead of most other early PS.

Buses start running for AK at 7:00am... They run approx every 15-20 minutes, actual arrival time may vary.

The cab, with tip, was around $9-10. We got there at 7:41 and paid for 4 minutes of sitting & waiting for the gates to open.

Chip 'n Dale Express, we were there in August and the AK officially opened at 9am. We asked about the busses and they did not start until 8am. We didn't see any buses, either, while we waited to go bac for our PS. Every guest was arriving by cab or private vehicle. When did you go and when did the park open

I'm a bus driver... and I personally have driven this route many times. Regardless of whether AK opens at 8:00 for EE or regular opening at 9:00, the bus starts at 7:00.

We've had 8 A.M. breakfast reservations on days AK opens at 9 and caught buses at the resorts around 7:10 each time. Chip n Dale is absolutely correct. The "breakfast" or "early" buses were there every time!

One thing I will add... From 7:00-8:00, buses will run to the AK area (AK park & lodge), MK area (MK park & area resorts), and Studios area (Epcot Resorts)... Epcot buses do not start until about 7:45, unless it's an EE day. Then they will start at 7:00 along with the rest.
