Concierge Tipping

When you stay concierge level which concierge staff do you tip and how much?Do you think cash or gifts would be better?Thank you

We are staying concierge our first time in about a month and have been researching this as well. From what I understand they cannot accept cash tips but can accept gifts.....Maybe depending on where you are from you can get something unique to your area...unfortunately for me a cheesesteak or hoagie won't make the trip!

Hi!
We just returned from Yacht concierge last month. We tried to tip the lounge staff when they would go get my huby a beer or two!:) but they would not except it!! We kept trying everytime and they ould say no thanks!!
