Found this at lowcarbfriends.com... it's a great alternative to the deep dish pizza (which is wonderful, but has a LOT of cheese!).

Michelle's Thin and Crispy Pizza Crust

1/3 cup vital wheat gluten
1/3 cup almond flour
2 Tbs. heavy cream
1/4 cup cold water

Mix all ingredients, pat out into pizza crust shape on cookie sheet or pizza pan, bake at 400° for 10-14 minutes. Remove from oven, top with pizza sauce and ingredients, return to oven and bake until cheese is browning and bubbly (5-10 more minutes).

Note: I've made this a few times now... I've also added 1/3 cup wheat protein isolate once and 2/3 cup wheat protein isolate another time (no added wet ingredients, just the WPI)... makes a dough you can handle (and just about flip like real pizza dough!). DH loves the stuff... it's nice to have pizza you can pick up again!
