I walked 30mins on the treadmill - 1.5 miles. I basically did two 15 min sessions with about 10minutes in between b/c I was interrupted by a phone call. I'm just proud of myself for going back and finishing my half hour when it would have been so easy to just stop when the phone rang.

Yup. Did 70 mins of dancing and went for my walk with DH. That was cut short by mosquitos bugging DH. (I only bring him along so they don't bug me ;) ) They were quite thick, so we called it a night and went home and had popcorn and watched the news.
Keep the Faith!

You guys are impressive! :)
I finally exercised yesterday for the first time in years. I did my gentle yoga tape. It's only 30 minutes, but it's a start. :)

One more day in a row for me! (Today makes 37, BTW.) Walked for 40 minutes in the morning.
Great job, everybody!

Dh had to work upstairs on the computer, so I didn't feel like going all the way down in the basement to exercise without him. So I did my old Pilates DVD. I bought it about a year ago and failed so miserably at it that I put it up on a shelf. Last night I took it down to try it again. WOW! I must be in much better shape. There were only two exercises that I could not accomplish on that DVD. I really felt the stretching and tightening! Now I'm going to need to alternate Curves, WATP and Pilates. :) Nice to have options!

I did Power 90 scultp 3-4 and then also I did WATP 4 mile express. I think today I will take it easy, these old bones can't keep up that pace!

Yesterday was my one day off of exercise this week. Mostly because it was my anniversary and I didn't want to get all sweaty before we went out for dinner. :)

Did the 3 mile WATP Express again. Can't seem to find stretchy band to buy anywhere. Wish I had that.
Finally finished about 10:15 p.m. Probably will be that late again tonight. Oh, well.
