wovenwonder's Brocolli Salad

Broccolli Florets
Crumbled cooked bacon (reserve drippings)
Shredded cheddar cheese
chopped onion

Dressing -- Mayo, bacon drippings, and Splenda to taste

Mix first four ingredients and toss with Dressing.

This sounds like something I used to make. If you substitute turkey bacon for the bacon, and use cider vinegar instead of bacon drippings, it would be SBfriendly. Thanks for the recipe
