Jiminy's Milkshake
1 Cup cold 2% milk
2 TBSP sugar free hot chocolate mix
1 - 1 1/2 teasp Instant coffee
2 packages splenda
6 ice cups
Place all ingrdients in the blender and blend until the ice is crushed up and mixture is smooth.
Makes 1 serving
3.5 points
(If you use skim or 1% Milk it would be 2.5 points)
