Hard boil eggs, peel and cut in half. Spoon yolks into a bowl. Mix in real mayo, tiny bit of chopped onion, pinch salt, pinch dry mustard, and a little garlic powder. Spoon back into egg whites and garnish with paprika!
Each egg half has 1/2 carb.
