I noticed that since I have started deiting and working out I constantly have headaches. I have just been watching my portions working out andd drinking lots of water. I am not following anything in particular. Any input.......

I noticed that I had a headache this afternoon. For me I think it came from not having any pop. I'm a big pop drinker, but haven't had any for the last two days. Maybe if I have some flex points left at the end of the week I'll pour myself a glass.

I'm basically doing the same thing wiskband, and I haven't had any headaches. Have you stopped having caffeine? Abrupt caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches. Other than that I don't know.

I have found dropping caffine intake and sugar if you are a big candy eater can cause headaches and flu symptoms....depending on how addicted you are they could last a few days or a week plus....water is the best thing you can do..

I had headaches the first week I went on low carbs. I think it was part of the carbohydrate withdrawal symptoms. I didn't give up coffee and I never drank soda, so it wasn't that. I think it was the lack of sugar.
Just take a couple of advil and lots of water. Your symptoms should go away soon. How long have you been dieting? If you cheat and go back on low carbs or no sugar, the symptoms will probably return and you'll have to go through it again.
Keep at it. It's worth it!

I get headaches when I add extra reps to my workout. They go away after a week or so, but I can feel it in the back of my head until I get used to the increased work.

I too, noticed that I had headaches for several days a couple of weeks ago.
I've done Atkins before, and, didn't remember headaches being so consistent. I was drinking caffeine-free diet cola for awhile and stopped most of that (have some now and then)--I didn't attribute the headaches to this.
I was thinking my headaches were due to the daily exercise:eek: because I've never been this consistent with it. For me, a combination of the exercise and sugar-withdrawal?.
