I need to get motivated

I started Atkins back in July and was doing well then i went on vacation and haven't done it since. I think Iv'e gained about 12 pound since the beginning of August. I need to get motivated again and start Atkins. I need support. I don't have the Atkins book. I need to know what I can and can't have the first 2 weeks. Can anyone help me. I need to start to exercise also, and I'm thinking about joining curves. I need to get serious and lose this weight.
