1 cup sour cream
1/2 can diet lemonlime soda (Sprite)
chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
Saute chicken breasts in butter or olive oil until browned. Pour in 1/2 can diet soda and let simmer til cooked through. (Drink other 1/2 of soda while waiting). Take chicken out of pan, and stir 1 cup sour cream into the juice. Serve chicken with sauce poured on top! Garnish with lime slice!
