Sunrise Safari Booking Window - 90 days?

I am considering staying at AKL concierge for 2 nights for 1/1/04-1/3/04, moving from YC concierge after NYE.

We would really like to do the sunrise safari. However, I don't want to book AKL concierge until the AP rate comes out. If the rate is not available, I would just stay at YC for these nights.

I am concerned by the time I book AKL, the safari will longer be available. I was told by CRO that the safari has a 90 day booking window. Is this right? I tried to call AKL itineary planning office and can never get through.

yes it is 90 days.
I've always got the answering maching when I called AKL itin. planning and left a message. They have always called me back within 24 hours.
