Bank/Borrow Question

Sorry if this has been asked before...

I have an Oct use year and because I knew I wouldn't be going to WDW till Nov I banked all my points.

Now I might be able to go to Paris for work and want to combine this with a stay in DLP, can I "borrow" my banked points back?

You can't borrow the points you banked, but you can borrow points from the next use year.

For example, lets say I have 200 points; I'm in my 2001 use year and banked all of them into 2002. So I now have 400 points available in 2002 (200 banked and 200 "normal"). I decide I want to take a trip during my 2001 year that needs 150 points, so I borrow 150 from 2002 leaving 2002 with 200 banked and 50 "normal"
