Can you park all day???

If we are staying on grounds and drive to the GF for breakfast can we park there all day.???? We want to go to the MC and leave our car with valet parking ..Can we do that?????????????? I know we use to do that but heard they give you a time frame now in which to return for your car........

The MK resorts have a three hour parking rule for persons not staying at the particular resort; this was initiated to prevent people from parking there and going to MK for the day, which resulted in large numbers of non-resort guests parking at the MK resorts and MK resort guests being unable to find parking places. Note, the rule may not be always enforced but is highly likely to be enforced during WDW busy seasons. Also, some have reported that if you do valet parking, the three hour rule might not be enforced.

This has been discussed on the boards before. Let me give you my experience/opinion.

I stayed at the Contemporary with a rental car this past December and on more than one occasion we couldn't find a parking space. Very annoying especially with 2 little ones asleep.

We saw people park and walk over to MK for the MVMCP.

I think it's wrong. It's also common courtesy not to do this. The people staying at these hotels pay big bucks and should be able to park there.

You should park at TTC and take the monorail to GF for your meal if you intend to then go to MK for the day.

I know people park there for the day when they shouldn't all the time, it doesn't make it right. I hope they find a way to stop it.
