That is the question!

I weigh in at WW tomorrow but I'm thinking of chickening out and not going until next week b/c I fear a gain :( I've eaten like CRAP this week (well, not all week) but I've worked out 5x, too so I'm not sure! I want to get the calculator at the meeting tomorrow but I'm not sure if I want to WI. :( Do you think I'm being a coward? Maybe if I work out a couple of hours tonight and drink a bunch of water, I'll not gain! *Sigh* I don't know what's wrong w/me but I know that a BIG part of it is not journaling. I have a problem w/keeping up w/writing everything down and that's why I think the calculator would be a Godsend b/c it would be so much easier. Arghhhhh! I need help and advice! I've come this far, I won't stop now but I need a good kick in the patoot! LOL

Thanks guys, I know you'll get my head straight!

Go for WI...you might be surprised! There have been many weeks when i have not wanted to go and even if there was a gain it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

C'mon, don't be a chicken...if you worked out you most liekly did fine. (and do what I do, go to an early morning meeting and don't eat before you go!!!)

And remember......WW isn't just about the scale! If you've had a bad week that meeting is even more important. One bad week can easily slip into two and getting your support there is really helpful. As a WW you have double the support (with your meetings and the great people here on the WISH board) take advantage of it.....go to that meeting!
(Is that a good enough kick in the patoot?)

I would go and weigh in, there is no reason to hide. This is a life style change, so in life you will have good weeks and bad weeks. So what if the scale says that you gained, you will know and it will help you get back to what you need to do, and if it shows a loss you will be pleasantly surprised.

I would also go to WI you might be suprised. I didn't want to weigh myself this morning because my legs, ankles, and feet are puffy, i have a lot of water retention problems, so I was preparing myself for a big gain (previously I would put around 7lbs on when it was my TOM) which is really depressing even when you know it will come off. Anyway I got on the scale and suprise, suprise I had lost 2lbs. So you never can tell. Go and get the support of the other members. When you get there you will be glad that you went, no matter what happens.
