What "special" thing has the concierge done for you?

Outside of the usual PS's and regular concierge treatment, does anyone have any exceptional concierge stories to share? Something you set up beforehand with them? Something that just "happened"?

we received perffume/cologne from the ALK conceirge as an anniversary gift.

We have recieved nice "gifts" left in the room for us...

At AKL we received hand card wood giraffes (both trips) this last trip while eating in Boma concierge sent a a tray of chocolate covered strawberries and a chocolate elephant to our table.

At BC we were lavished with gifts it was getting silly... on different days my DD9 recieved a princess diary, large a wooden BC/YC checkers set, a princess stencilling kit, balloons twice, a cake, a card from the characters, a chocolate picture frame.

I received a guest of honour badge with my name on it and a photos frame/album... I also had a surprise tray of chocolate covered strawberries one night.

But I have to tell you.. as nice as these things are.. even if we had not received a thing, I love concierge. It is the service, the pre-planning and the lounge which are the reason I book... I appreciate these special things but would not be disappointed at all if they didn't happen.
