Induction is over and I am thrilled to say I have lost ........7lbs.:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc
I am so happy.....I cant tell you how great this is.
I was convinced after eating delicious food for 2 weeks inc cream and hard cheese that there was no way I could lose anything.
WRONG WRONG WRONG !!!!!!!
I feel good and am still not hungry.........
WDW here I come.

Great job!!!! I have two more days on induction, and I've only lost 3 pounds....A little discouraging, but I'm plugging on....Hope you have lots more success, you're doing wonderfully!!!!

Way to go Highland Lass!!!! I knew you would do a great job. Keep up the good work and it will get even easier. Just don't make the mistake of cheating even a little like I did. I ate one cheese biscuit at Red Lobster and ever since then I have wanted to eat everything that is bad for me. I have not caved in though but it has been extremely hard to resist the temptations.

Way to go! Be sure and post this to our weekly check in thread, too. I wouldn't want anyone to miss your celebration of success.

Congratulations on making it thru induction, I have pretty much stayed close to those rules-just added a few things for variance and flavors. But my daily carb intake is still around 12-18 gpd. You will continue to succeed as long as you stick to the plan-which is pretty easy!!
Great job-where is that clippie to show your success????:p

Congratulations Highland Lass! I'm glad you've had success and that you're feeling better. You need to change that banner from "Dis Wish Member" to the "5 lb". Because before long, you'll be at the 10 lb level!!
Keep up the good work!!

I don't do Atkins, so I don't really know what induction is. Just wanted to say congratulations for getting through it. I gathere that it can be pretty tough.
