I haven't checked in for a while but I read the posts every day. It's hard to add an opinion or give encouragement when you feel so crummy.

The bad news is I stopped Atkins about a month ago and have gained all my weight back plus 5lbs. :( I knew I was gaining weight because even my biggest shorts wouldn't go over my large behind without a struggle. It's been warm all summer so I haven't put on a pair of pants yet. Frankly, I'm afraid to even try. Total bummer.

The good news is I joined CURVES yesterday :Pinkbounc and have gone twice. I LOVE it. It's quick, fun and it doesn't bother my knee (full ACL repair 8yrs ago). The music is great, the ladies are super nice and it's close to my house. Even more, I was there at 6:30am this morning and I'm not a morning person!

Anyway, I'm feeling much better about myself and thought I would share.

Good for you! Curves is an excellent program. I'm so glad you have joined.

You're back on track, sweetie, doesn't it feel great?

The good part is the "good news" of your note. You're back at it and you're doing something good and healthy for your body. That's great. One step at a time, one day at a time. It'll come off, don't you worry. It's great you're back on track!

Keep up the good work!

Good for you! It's hard to start again and you did. You sound very determined and just want to cheer you on!

Good for you!! The important thing is you have gotten yourself back on track!! The past is in the past--don't beat yourself up about it. Just focus on what you are doing now to get healthy and lose weight!! I think it's great that you were at Curves at 6:30 am!! Keep up the good work! :D

Good for you!! I think it is really difficult to pick yourself up and start again after you have lost and regained (speaking from experience :D ) Just focus on where you are going and put the past behind you. Glad to hear that you are feeling better about yourself. Good luck at curves, not that you will need it :D
