Well - I finally did it! I have the 10 pound clippie! I did not think it could be done but here it finally is!
I was worried when I went for 2 weeks with only a .5 pound loss that I would give up. I didn't. I was worried when I had to go camping with the family who does nothing but eat - I ate right along with them but it was all zero and one point foods for the most part. I was worried with the added stress in my life (school starting, my college classes starting, just life in general:D ) that I would forget about exercising and dieting. I didn't. In fact, I have been getting up even earlier to do my pilates every morning and have still be walking everyday on top of that. I have been stress eating but it has been with carrots and wasa bread. I have not been going to McDonalds when it is right on the way home - I have been eating the planned low point meals. I am so happy I have stuck with it and done the right things. I know that there are still going to be very tough days but I will continue with this healthy path I have started on.
I am so proud of myself but I know that I could not have done any of it without everyone here (especially mowsie dreamer and my diet buddy, Minniespal - thanks you guys!).
It has taken several months but here I am - feeling great with my new clippie! Thanks everyone!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
