Yesterday was my "FIRM" rest day, so I did the 3 mile WATP's!
Yesterday my Thighs hurt from doing my first FIRM video. Today, the backs of my legs hurt from the WATP's!
Once you complete a workout, isn't that feeling great!!

I'm easing back into exercise this week since I took last week off because I started the South Beach Diet (I felt a bit weak and shakey) so I only did 15 minutes on my elliptical yesteday. I'm going to try and up that over weekend!

Me! I went to Curves.
The good news... I got back in my size 10 jeans. I can zip and button them. Still a little snug, but at least I got them on!
Currently 160.5 ( at last weigh in)...want to be 130 or 125.

I'm back to exercising also. Kind of took the summer off because of DDs having vacation... excuses, excuses... but kept an eye on the scale. I wasn't gaining any #s and that was my main goal. But also decided that once they returned to school Wednesday, I'd start the WATPs again. And I have.:D :D
Have a glorious weekend, everyone!

Was waiting for DH to get home from bowling so we could do it together, and then he didn't feel well.:(
Oh well, it was after 9:30 last night, but I turned on Leslie and we did the 2 mile WATP. He sat and watched.
Will be back at it again tonight.

I was tired last night, but wanted to do SOMETHING so I went down and picked the 1 mile WATP. Figured 18 minutes is better than nuttin' :) I know I was tired b/c the 1 mile kicked my butt!! I had been doing well with the 2 and 3 mile and was surprised that this happened. My hip also ?jammed up and I had trouble doing anything that required support with my quads. So I hit the hot tub and went to bed! But went to bed happy that I had done *something!*

I did, but I only walked approx. 2 miles. I didn't have time to do aerobics. Does 2 hours of ironing count? :D

Okay first: what is WATP?
Next: I did a one hour Pilates class yesterday and worked on the treadmill and did weights today for an hour. I am determined to lose this 25 pounds! South Beach is going pretty good. I am having to relearn what to eat after having tried Atkins 3 times. Being able to have more veggies in the first two weeks is great!

WATP is Walk Away the Pounds (http://www.walkawaythepounds.com/homepage.asp), a series of home-workout tapes. I haven't used them, but they're certainly popular here on the WISH board!

Does walking the mall count for exercise???? ;) Also, I have a question--does jumping up and down cheering in the dressing room count for exercise? I fit into a size 12 jeans at the GAP! :bounce: (Old ones were a 16-and a little snug)!!
Didn't REALLY exercise, it was my day of rest-(Pilates is really kicking my butt!!)
Great job everyone! I love reading what everyone is doing!!
