Anyone from the Arlington, VA area out there who receives Val-Pak coupons...

In the past weeks there has been a Val-Pak coupon mailing in the Arlington, VA (probably in most of the DC area, too) area, that includes a PD803 (PD804) certificate for Northwest Airlines. It is a discount coupon that can legally be transferred by "gift" to others.

I am looking for one of those coupons. We fly into a small Canadian city and NWA is my only American airline option for us. This would be a great help for a visit at Christmas.

Has anyone come across one of these??
