HELP PLEASE.....I booked with this company back in March for our upcoming December trip for a house. The person answering the phones emailed a confirmation which was nothing more than an excel spread sheet. I called back in April after emailing several times with no answer to ask him to add on heated pool and jacuzzi which we had agreed on. He emailed me an attachment that I can not open, I again emailed him and called. Last week I called again to see if we could add on an extra day, he said no problem and he would have the secretary call back and email me a corrected confirmation, she did not. I called again tonight and he was shocked she had not done this and said he would call back in an hour. He has not.....anyone heard of this company? Is it reputable? Any suggestions? Should I cancel and rebook with another one and if so, who? Ugh, I feel like such a dutz. This guy seemed so nice and knowledgeable when I booked! Arggg. Thanks in advance for any help/info given.

Either he is severely lacking in customer service skills or something is suspicious with the business/booking.

Either way, I'd cancel. Just to be on the safe side :). Rebook with someone else. A lot of people on this board have rented houses and can recommend reputable companies.

I called to cancel and can only hope that I do not have to fight too much to get my deposit back. I have begun emailing and calling around to find something else. The link provided above is with the same person! Stinks when you think it is reputable and provided refs. and this is what you get. Oh well. Thanks for all of your help and advice.
