What rides use fast pass at Disneyland?

Indiana Jones, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain Railroad, Small World (I think), Autopia, and Space Mountain.

Indy also has single rider lines, but we haven't tried those out yet.

When I was there (the one and only time) about two years ago, I know Indiana Jones wasn't because we waited in line for over two hours. After that, I said I was sticking to Florida. Maybe I'll have to come back for a visit again now that fast pass is there. We also waited in line for about two hours to do rocket rods.

The Mailboomer in DCA is not Fastpass, but does have a single rider line. We had extremely short waits in the Maliboomer single rider line.
Keep this mind on Fastpass use: Your FP ticket will give you a one hour time frame -- For example: 10:00-11:00. Even though you have not used your FP, you can get a second FP once the first time has started. (In this situation you could a 2nd FP after 10:00, even though you have not used your first one.)
