How to sign up family on Milesource

I've referred my husband thru the Milesource site. However, when he gets the email and tries to set up an account, he keeps getting errors. Are we not allowed to refer family members?

have him sign up not using the email manually putting in your referral number.


Something is wrong with their system.

When we signed my mother up, we kept having the same problem. We emailed them and they said to try using lower case letters for the login name. We had been using a capital and when we switched to the lower case, it went right through.
