Which offical Disney hotel would you stay at? Meaning there downtown hotels? Do they give government rates?

Are you talking Downtown Disney or downtown Orlando?
I would think that all of the DD hotels are 'official' Disney hotels- however, I'm not sure that you'd be able to participate in EE days or E ticket nights if you stay there.
Maybe someone in the know could help with this???
As for government rates, most of the hotels do- if in doubt, check their websites or give them a call. They do get a lot of military/government business though, so I'd think so.
Good luck!!!

I would NOT choose the Grosvenor. We had a really BAD experience there.

We stayed there last month and thought it was great!
The room is large, clean and ours had a balcony and a view of the pool.
They are eligable for ee and e ticket night (you buy the e tickets at the disney gift shop in the lobby).
I don't know about gov rates-sorry.
