IluvDVC license plate NJ incentive for this ?..+ decal ?

This morning on our way to Ocean City, NJ my DH and I saw a license plate that said "ILUVDVC". Who else is using DVC or WDW as a specialty plate in there state? I wish I thought of it sooner!!! Also this minivan had the oval DVC and WDW decal on their back window. Where can I order them? My DH now has a truck that we can use them on!!! (we were leasing before now we own).

We have GON2WDW on our new truck and SOBDO on the other one. We looked at a lot of diff ways to do it, and this is the one that we picked. There are a couple of other post about plates, just enter license plate in the search.

I just bought a new car and in addition to the "Spreading the Magic" license plate rim (old Disney Store item), my actual license plate says:
DSNYCRZY and that fits me to the "t"
Hubby is buying a new SUV and his new plate is DVC VWL.
See, we're all crazy about it!!

I'm not as creative as the rest of you. One of our cars has OKW1996 and the other has BCV2003. The main problem with this is that we bought OKW in 1997! For some unknown reason my husband has always thought that we bought in 96. I had to pull the paperwork to show him.

My wife drives a Ford Expedition and it seats up to 7 people. We bought this for our drives to WDW since my wife doesn't like to fly. The first time my mom saw it she said "It's like a bus!!".

So I started thinking, since we use it mostly for long trips to WDW, why not "DISNYBUS".

We get alot of looks when we are on the road!!!!

We recently just ordered a new license plate for our van. It reads DVC MBR 3. We wanted DVC MBR 1 but it was already taken.

BTW, was your "DISNYBUS" in WDW during 8-10- 9/16? I think I saw that license plate on our trip during that time period. I have an Expedition too that I love and my DH commented that that would be a perfect plate for our "car" too!

I'll have to check on how to get those NJ personalized tags and what has already been taken!

Yes, that was our "bus" you saw. We were there from 8/9-8/15. Even the cast members got a kick out of it! My husband said the first time he rode on a Disney bus on our first trip that he wanted to drive one. Now he does! Can't wait to go back!!

A couple months ago I was walking into Target and a guy stopped me to say that he had just tried to get that license plate, but it was taken. LOL:D

We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our license plate that we ordered. Our choices were DVC WLV, WLV DCV and DVC WDW. Once we get it, we will try for our other car to match with BCV. It has been over a month, hope to get something soon!!

All I can say is WOW! :earseek: I work with the guy that owns that tag ILUVDVC). In fact I remember him going through a list of possibilities for his new car. Just gave him a call to confirm it. Sure enough, it was him.

He had had a list of about 15 possible choices for a DVC tag. Guess he really picked a recognizable one.

I just ordered a bumpersticker that says, "MY OTHER CAR IS A MONORAIL". Feel free to use it yourself. I borrowed it from a DVC'er from NY who saw our DVC decal and followed us from OKW to The Beach Club to find out where we got it. Credit to our son-in-law for coming up with the decal idea in the first place. He, our daughter, and our 2 year old granddaughter are all total Disnoids.

Two thumbs up for the DVC. Our home is the BWV and have ressies for next May. I know the BWV is going to be somewhere on a decal!!

I used to be WDWDVC. Now I'm DVC-92, and DW is YENSID. NH only has 6 characters on a vanity plate, so it's hard to be creative.

My father gave me his car last year. Since this was my first car I knew I had to have a Disney license plate. Mine reads OKW1 DVC. I had wanted OKW DVC but I now know DVC-Don was the one who got it. Motor Vehicles had it listed as someone from Plandome Heights on Long Island had it though. We went looking for it. So if you see the license plate at Roosevelt Field say hi.

I ordered my oval decals this morning BWV and DVC. I received an e-mail that said they shipped them already. I will be checking my mailbox anxiously for the next few days, can't wait!!!!!

When my dh got his new truck and the dealer put his plates on we were trying to put a saying to the letters. We came up with "Pure Disney Dude". His tag is PDD plus 94W we are trying to come up with something for the rest just haven't as of yet. Any Ideas?

My wife's Expedition has DISNYBUS on our vanity plate.

We get more smiles and compliments on than we ever expected.
In fact, we were at the Beach Club Villas in the middle of August, and a DIS member saw our truck in the parking lot!!!!

I said it from the first trip, that I wanted to drive one of those bus' ,when I retire, and now I do!!!LOL

Great Lisence plate ideas. I just sent my request in the other day for my personal plate.
I requested the Olympic plate because those circles look like Mickey and Minnie with their heads together...(I plan on putting a little red contact paper bow on Minnie's ears and under Mickey's neck. lol Is it against the law to tamper with the logo on the side of the plate? tough, let them arrest me
I requested MCKYFAN as my first choice. I really want that one for my Mickey Mobile that my boys won't even get into because of all the stickers and stuffed animals in it.
My next choices were MCKYNUT, MCKYMSE, WDWFAN and WDWNUT. I never thougth of something with DVC even though I love my Wilderness Lodge. Peggie

I live in Indiana now (grew up in the Garden State) and this state doesn't require front plates. I want a Disney vanity one -- basically anything you want is legal up front -- but my stinker husband says if I put any more stuff on the van, he won't drive it (even to WDW!) I am living with a real tyrant -- he actually pulls off my little Mickey ears from the antenna and shoves them in the glove compartment whenever he drives... He had better shape up. He is a great hubby and father but I have MY priorities straight! :)

PS: Have any of you guys noticed that when you drive on a sunny day, the little Mickey antenna- ears make a little Mickey shadow on the right shoulder of the road? My daughter and I see this every morning when I drive her to school...

Here in Indiana I'm DZNY NUT!! I've had the plate for about 5 years and I'm amazed at total strangers who have seen me around town. I love to be stopped at a light and watch the people behind me try to figure out my plate. Once they do, they always get a big smile and nod their head!

We have DVCMBR99 on our Ford Explorer.

In NY you can go to the DMV web site and check availability on plates. There were alot of my other choices taken already but I am happy with our choice.

I have never seen another one in NY but it is a big state. If anyone sees us, honk!
