Halloween or early Nov discounts?

anyone have tips on getting resort discounts around the last week of October through 2nd week of November?

we're mainly interested in the Int'l Food & Wine Festival and also MNSSHP sounds fun... would love to stay onsite to see Halloween decorations too, but right now considering anything (off-site maybe) to make the trip possible...

Check out mousavers. We are in hopes for discounts for Oct 01-March 02 to come out around Aug, but this year has been very surprising. I have never heard of discounts in July at a disney delux or moderate.
