I can't seem to make a decision today and I've got to MOVE ON! Since I am completely indecisive, can someone help me make this decisions?!?
We have three kids, who will be 8 years, 6 years, and 9 months when we travel to Disney in December.
Question: We have a FW cabin booked. For the cabin + golf cart (which I won't live without), it's $179/day.
If we could get reservations, should we instead stay at WL? WL at $109 or $140 (depending on view) AP rate, if rooms are available. Or we could stay at the Swan for $149/night (we have reservations already).
If we didn't have the baby, I'd unquestionably go for WL (since FW does, for me, lose some of the Disney feel). But with the baby, will I enjoy the space of the cabin enough to make it worth the extra $? Should I be happy with the FW reservations I have or consider WL or Swan, even if they are smaller accommodations?
Can any of you who have travelled with little ones comment? It's just been too long since we've had a baby and I DON'T REMEMBER what travelling with a nine month old is all about :)
Thanks!

I think you will like the cabin the best. You can put your mousekeeters in one room while you & your spouse take the living room. The full kitchen will be great for late night snacks and breakfast in the morning. We love to sit out on the deck outside and people watch as well. It is so peaceful and quiet.
I think you would find the WL room a little tight with doubles and a crib plus no place for you to go when the kids go to bed.
Unless you are going to spend a day at FW I would forego the golf cart. It would save you some $$. We have never had any trouble with the buses and walking the campground is wonderful.

I would do WL for $109 AP rate. We did WL last summer with DDs:9,8 and 1 and requested bunks to add floor space for the Pack n Play that WL provided! It worked out great!

Depends on how important the kitchen is to you. If it is not very important I would probably switch b/c the transportation at FW is such a pain. Even with a golf cart, you still have to allow extra time -- it's just more fun than the internal bus.
For the record, we stayed at FW our last Disney trip (in July). Loved the cabin, but found it wasn't the right resort for US b/c we're park commandos.

if the kitchen really doesn't matter to you ..go for the contemp standard view at $171 for dec AP rate.
We had 5 in our room when our son was 10 months old. Had no problems with anything.
We even rented a fridge but found we didnt need it. He was just off formula at that time and we'd by milk from the food and fun center which is 24 hours and use the microwaves to heat it up.

Thanks, everyone! We went ahead and switched to WL woods view for $125/night. I think this will work out great. Thanks for helping me make up my mind!

Rent points and do a DVC studio.
You will have a mini kitchen and a larger room.
Think about it and go over to the DVC rent /trade board.

I've got a better answer, why RENT? I should BECOME a DVC member and then I wouldn't have to worry about all of these choices :) Alas, if I could only convince my husband...
I'll check out that board. Thanks for the reminder of that option.

For DVC Resorts -
1 Bedroom or Studio - four persons plus one under 3
2 Bedroom - eight persons plus one under 3
GV - twelve persons plus one under 3
No rollaways in DVC resorts. You only get bedding, towels and dishes for the maximum number in each unit.
If you are looking for points for Dec 03, you are too late unless someone has a reservation that they are not using. All DVC resorts are pretty much booked up for Oct, Nov and Dec. Lots of members are on waiting lists.
