dicounts on rooms for DVC'er

Hi Everyone: I have read someplace that you can receive discounts on rooms when staying in WDW. What places do the discounts pertain to? Are the regular hotels available for discounts? What is the amount of the discount? Thanks

It's my understanding that we only get 25% off rack rates at DVC unvits. I am almost positive I at one point several years ago had planned on booking a room at 25% off at a non-DVC resort, and had to scramble and change plans when I found out that the discount didn't apply like I thought it did. I could be wrong in my recollection, but I do'nt think so.

Anne is correct, 25% off, only at DVC resorts.

There is limited availability for the 25% discount. It comes from points inventory so DVC housekeeping rules apply (as well as DVC perks).
