Best to have Christmas breakfast/brunch

Unfortunately we have to fly out the afternoon of Christmas but we don't have to be at the airport until about 2pm so we would like to have a nice breakfast or brunch for Christmas day. Can anyone give me any suggestions for a place to make our last day extra special ?

Since we traditionally have a big breakfast on Christmas, that is our plan for when we are in WDW this year too.
We hope to do EE at MK for a while and then have a PS for around 10:30 at either Chef Mickeys or Cindys if we can get it.
