Help me to decide which passes to get. 3 adults 2 children (age 7 & 4). Ressies 3-21-04 - 3-26-04 at the Swan. What are the differences? Pros/Cons? Do the prices of these change..should I buy these now or wait awhile?

Well, will you do the water parks or not?

2 adults and 2 kids will do the waterparks.

I would suggest the UPH if you aren't planning any trips for awhile. That way the kids could go to Disney Quest and the waterparks. If you are planning a day at the resorts then UPH wouldn't be the best choice.

If you buy the UPH at check in they can knock the first/last day off. We have done this and enjoyed the UPH.

Thanks Safetymom for the advice. So if I wait until check in to purchase UPH, do they automatically knock off first & last day or do I need to ask? Should I request this on my room reservation at the Swan?

You need to do this when you check in. Others will tell you that they can't knock first and last days off but we have never had a problem with this. Just tell them you are departing early on the last day. We have also waited until the next morning to buy the UPH with no problem.

This may be a stupid question, but what is knocking off first/last day?

The UPH are supposed to be for the length of your stay. By asking for them to take off the first and last day you are not paying for those days. You also don't have park access for those days.
