If you can stand it, I have a FOTL question (got my HRH brochure)

I reconfirmed my ressies for my trip and was sent a brochure that said, "Front-of-the-Line access to choice attractions during select park hours."

I'm guessing that this has been asked and answered, but have they changed the hours, or is there a date that they are going to change it from all day, every day, to "select hours?"
