Just ordered the perfectlayers kit for matting pictures..it looked really easy, which is what I need..if anyone here has used this please let me know that you LOVE IT..TIA Marianne

Its a kit that allows you to mat pictures..it has 2 rulers that are clear with a lip,a matting board and a cutting tool..you put the picture on the cardstock butt the ruler up against it and cut it with the tool..it is always even so they say..you can keep on matting the pictures so you can get 2 or 3 or however mats that you want and they will all be even..hope this works cause I am not the greatest when it comes to matting..Marianne

It is called the Perfect Layers. Only available from QVC.

I have it. Works well. I don't remember to use it enough. Some people ONLY use that.

Good thing about QVC; you can return it if you don't like something.

I just got mine last month from it being on backorder since the end of May. I LOVE IT!!! I almost canceled the order and I'm sure glad I didn't. I know there are some that don't like it, but I do.

I have it and really like it. I got it back in January/February. It works well, when the lip catches on the photo/paper you're trying to mat. I find that sometimes I have trouble with that though. I think it's when the photo/paper being matted is too thin. Other than that, this is a GREAT tool.

I finally decided to order it, and its sold out again. I don't think I am destined to have this!

bev You can get on the backorder list and they'll charge you/send it out when they get it in again. That's what happened when I ordered it. It took a while to get in, but it was such a nice surprise when it finally arrived in the mail.
