I mentioned earlier that I was very frustrated because I was at about the same weight for over a week (I fluctuated about 1.5). The lowest I got to was 170, even though I pretty much stuck to the plan. I think my body was "readjusting" and getting used to it's new way of eating, etc.
Anyhow, this morning I weighed myself and I FINALLY broke through to 169! Amazing how expectation works though...yesterday I told myself that I would be 169 this morning, and if I wasn't I was going to start a plateau menu that's supposed to help break the plateau.
So for any of you who may be feeling frustrated or who have just started a program/plan and get to a point where it seems you just aren't losing, please HANG IN THERE! I have to thank everyone here too for being so supportive (esp. nativetxn)...if it weren't for this board, I may have resorted to something I shouldn't be eating!
