Hey remember me, , the one who got banned from scrapping about 2 months back for lack of motivation. LOL

Well, I've really only been scrapping with my mentally challanged neighbor. We did 5 layouts for her together.

Then I went & committed myself to a shaker box title/layout & buying supplies for my 14 yr old niece's once in a lifetime "Trainer for a Day" experience at SeaWorld. It was my first shaker box. I liked doing it. I put the shaker/title page together & gave her all the supplies I bought for her to complete 4 pages. I had gotten her into scrapping a few months ago & she started her own album....but is low on funds. She's funny --- she emails me her wish list...and knows I'll see what I can do about buying some of it. Here is the shaker title: http://albums.photo.epson.com/j/ViewPhoto?u=4002141&a=30512088&p=64620967&f=0
The shaker has various blue/silver beads. She already had a dolphin punch...so I left the shaker open for her to fill with various shades of blue dolphins when she received it. I gave her 4 sheets of that blue water paper; some black & white for matting & journaling; and 2 packages of appropriate sea animal die cuts; and 4 left over flip pockets.

And for ME.... I finally worked on DH's military album some more now that he's been around a bit to help with journaling. I've completed 2 Alaska pages which contain 30 (yes, THIRTY) 4x6 pictures; map & journalling. Want to see how? I used 14 flip pockets -- my newest toy! :D Each pocket holds 2 pics --so that's 28; 2 more on the layout; and the map under the flip pockets right on the layout. And by strategically placing the pockets opposite each other; there is not really alot of bulk when closing the album. I hope to finish 2 more pages tonight for his military album -- his formal picture from earlier this year for completing 20 yrs in service.

So check back later.

Fantastic pages Joanne! You are a very generous individual! Not only did you give monetarily (which can be easy sometimes) but you gave your time to two people that probably really look up to you! You're a very good person!

Oh and I should tell you...... all those embellishments & borders on the military Alaska layouts are STICKERS! Made by Karen Foster Designs to match the 3 shades of "torn" paper.

I didn't want ya all to think I went and got fancy on ya. LOL
