I've been doing the 3 mile for several weeks now and I feel like I need something different. I like WATP b/c I can do the moves and it doesn't take a lot of coordination like Pilates/Yoga. I keep saying I'm going to add the pilates and/or yoga but I just can't motivate to try the tapes. So, if you have the 4 mile WATP, do you like it? Do you use the walk away belt with the 4 mile? Thanks!

I have the 4 mile Super Challenge, and i love it! Miles 2 and 3 really kick butt! The first time I did it, I thought it was too easy so I wear ankle weights and use dumbbells. I don't know anything about the belt. There are all the moves she does, the kicks, leg lifts, kick-backs, etc. It is a full hour, and she does not stop, so I think its a great cardio workout!

I have done the 4 mile WATP. I don't think the version I have came with a belt. It has Florine from WW in it the first mile, then she 'disappears'. I really liked the 3 mile better.

I have the four-mile Super Challenge, too! I love it, too! But mine doesn't have Florine from WW in it.
No belt, no weights, just a really good cardio workout. It will DEFINTELY get your heart pumping. The nice thing is, on not-so-active days, I can do just a couple of miles and still feel like I got a good workout! And this is from someone who really did not like to exercise before I found this DVD!

That is so funny, I was just looking at that video on DVD at QVC.
I have the WATP 1, 2 & 3 mile walk from the walk away weights set.
I think I would enjoy a 4 mile walk.

Another 4 miler here! I enjoy the 4 mile walk but I miss the upper body workout with the weights (I don't have the ab version) you get from the 1-2-3 mile tapes. I have tried carrying the weighted balls but some of the movements are too fast for me to do that. It is a great cardio workout though! I sweat more doing it than any of the other tapes. :)

Thanks everyone, I think I'll buy the 4 mile. I've been doing the 3 mile for a while now but I did the 2 mile today and at one point I felt like I was going to collapse ;) but it got better and I don't feel like that with the 3 mile (although I definitely feel like I've worked out).
