Hi all - I picked up the Sept/Oct WW magazine yesterday looking for some inspiration - Boy did I get some!
PLEASE - PLEASE - PLEASE pick up this mag and read all the articles regarding breast cancer and its link to being overwieght. There are about five "success stories" from ladies who survived treatment and got their weight back under control!
I was so glad to read others balooned up during and after treatment like me. I thought I was the only person who managed to gain during chemo!
Also great recipes and tips on motivating yourself to walk!
