We are planning to do the Character Breakfast and on The web site its saying something about priority seating. Is this something I need to call way in Advance for. Our trip is still 6 weeks away. Also any suggestions on which one to go to would be great.

Yes you definitely need priority seating especially for character breakfasts, and most of the time you need to call at the farthest date out.

If your trip is in 6 weeks you should make them asap

The more popular ones are Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Cinderella's Royal Table. If you have daughters, and can't get Cindie's, there is a Princess breakfast in Epcot as well. You may also want to think about Mickey's Halloween Party, if you will be there at all in Oct. Good Luck!

You can normally book for the character breakfasts/dinners 60 days in advance. I would HIGHLY suggest booking that very first day, especially for the princess ones, they are the most popular and fill quickly. DO NOT wait till you get there to do it, you will be disappointed. Chef Mickeys is FANTASMIC! (hehe) The one at the Grand Floridian is good for girls, it is mostly princess oriented. You can make dining reservations 120 days in advance for non-character dining. Hope this helps!:earsboy:

The PS policy was changed on August 4th. Now you can call 90 DAYS in advance; the 60 day/120 day system is gone.

So, make sure you call for your character meals - especially CRT - right at the 90 day mark.

Since you are going in 6 weeks you might be able to call 2 days before you want a PS for CRT, while you are there at WDW ... I hear sometimes people have gotten PSs that way.

Thanks for the suggestions. I made reservations for crystal palace at 8:00am on Sat. Did a little extra research and the idea of walking into MK down Main St alone our first morning there seemed like a fun idea. This is DS(6) and DD(3) first trip to WDW. Its DH 's first trip as well. Seems like I'm Being a little obsessive. I just want their first time to be magical.:D
