Cashing out at Milesource

Hi Guys, has anyone that cashed out using milesourcerewards web site received their confirmation or anything yet? I don't know if I should try to use the back door or not. I really wanted Old Navy but it's not on their site anymore. Any sugestions? Thanks, April:Pinkbounc

I am looking for help also on cashing out on Milesource. I have just over 3,600 miles and want to cash out and stop this program. Any suggestions what to cashout on that I will actually receive on a timely basis. Has anyone cashed out for the Blockbuster video rentals?

Whenever I've cashed out through Milesource Rewards, I've gotten at message fairly quickly, but then then giftcertificates takes a while once I select the gift certificate I want.

The whole process seems to take about 3 - 6 months.
