pool hopping

We just booked RPH for October and am wondering if we are
allowed to use the pools and facilities at the other Universal
Hotels... any info would be helpful.

Yes you are. Royal Pacific has no slides. Hard Rock and Portafino do. Use the Bus to get from Hotel to Hotel. Loop is Royal Pacific, Portafino, Hard Rock, Citywalk, and then back to Royal Pacific. You can use the boats also, but you have to switch at Citywalk for each Hotel.

We pool hopped from the RPR to the HRH one day during our stay this month. Be sure to take your room key and they will give you towels at HRH plus they give you a wristband you must wear while at their pool. We were told that they have had problems with non Universal hotel guests trying to use the pool. Have fun!!
