View Full Version : Where does it say Tiffany will make a grocery stop?

Hi,
I sent in a request to Tiffany and got my confirmation back today. Nowhere does it say there is a 30 min grocery stop. I looked on their website and couldn't find it. Does anyone know where it is in writing or do we just ask the driver if he can stop?

We got a stop at Publix with TTC when we used them in Oct 99.

If I recall correctly, there isn't a place on the internet reservation form to indicate you want the grocery stop. To be sure that TTC schedules the time for the stop, call them and ask for the stop to be noted on your reservation. I usually combine this with a call to confirm my online reservation.

Some people have reported that they did not request the stop ahead of time and the driver was not able to make the stop because of another pick up. It is especially important to request the stop ahead of time if you are reserving a van.
