This question is regarding what I call "turn down" service. I am refering to the service housekeeping performs in the evening. They turn the lights down low, turn on soft music, "turn down" the bedding, and leave wine, cookies, or other treats in your room. This is what I call pampering your guests. They do everything except drw a bath for you.

PBH had wonderful "turn down" service when we were there in September. Does HRH have the same? Am I using the correct terminology?

Hi Neighbor!
At the Hard Rock I think a purple-haired attendant turns on strobe lites, tunes up Jimi Hendrix, pours you a tequila shooter, & then throws you on the bed. But I'm just a dreamer!
Seriously though, hadn't got a clue. Won't get to stay there till March 30.
Hope you find out for real, real soon!

I loved the turn down service at Portofino! It was so nice to come back to the room and find those yummy mints on our pillows. The dimmed lights and soft music was great too! I hope its the same at Hard Rock! Although...I really like h20jag's rendition of turn down service too! :D

Hi h20jag,

Let's hope HRH management reads this board. What great ideas you would put into their colorful heads.
