A girl I work with (who is not on a diet, tall skinny model type) orders them. She eats really healthy etc. She let me try one, and it was delicious. She buys a case of them and freezes them. It was very filling and low points. Check on their website. I think they will send you a list of where they sell them in stores.

Think you will try them, ohMom? They look good!!! Maybe Trader Joes has them!!!! Let me know what you think if you get them. This week we are having 1/2 a bagel with our eggs for breakfast, but I think it would be a special treat to have a yummy muffin once in a while!!!! :) This is too cool!!!! (but you have to be the guinea pig...)

I just took a look at the website. They didn't look as big as I remember. It has been a while since I had one. I would say at least December of 2002.
I do remember it tasting really good though. I think it was the Cran-Bran that I had.

these are GOOD!!!
I bought the variety pack and froze immediately upon their arrival as per directions :)
so far I have tried the all-bran and cran-bran and they are soooo yummy!!!!! they are big in my opinion for a WW friendly muffin (we're not talking Otis Spunkmeyer here folks, but they are bigger than the blueberry muffins that I make - see WW recipe thread)
I looked at all four varities and they all list wheat flour and wheat gluten, no white flour. I would be happy to save labels for anyone and mail to them if they'd like to see in more detail (Atkins or whomever?) They are around 50 carbs for the whole muffin, so I'm assuming if you bought the vitatops which are half the size would be around 25 carbs each.
any other ?? - I feel like a spokeswoman, wonder if I get free muffins for that ;)

I am glad you liked them. I did remember thinking that they were big, but I couldn't remember and the picture didn't look too big!
The girl that I work with that orders them say's she takes them straight out of the freezer and microwaves them for 10 seconds.
She say's they are perfect like that.
I also have to try Whole foods, because she said someone said they have them there. If not she said I could split an order with her next time.
Glad you liked them,
Melanie
