Coffee on Atkins Question??

Hi Everyone! At the store the other day I bought some Maxwell House Vanilla Coffee that I can scoop into the coffee pot to percolate. It has no nutrition label on it and I was wondering what the carbs would be?? I am going to be busy this week until thursday when my wisdom teeth come out but I wanted a little coffee to give me a little extra perk if I need it. Nothing else I drink has caffeine (except some diet soda). In the Calorie King book it says that average all brands for coffee brewed or percolated is 1 carb for 8 fl. oz. should i go by that?? I figured someone here at the boards would have the best answer. Thanks gang.........you are always such a help and an inspiration.

I had to wean myself off the morning coffee thing. I now have decaf flavored coffee w/half and half in it. Only thing I know about caffeine is from the Atkins plan: caffeine can cause low blood sugar, making you crave sugar. You can let your body be your guide. If you find yourself raiding the kitchen, or craving something you know you shouldn't have, then stop.

GOOD LUCK on your oral surgery!! I will be thinking of you, so you heal quickly!! (My DS just had 4 wisdom and 4-12 year molars removed last monday. :( )
