I hope to be able to take off 10 lbs before I get there. I would love to hear food tips from all of you seasoned WDWers. Any great places for low pt lunch/dinners, snacks, etc. ?
Thanks! :p

Hi there,
Congrats on joining WW's! You will love it, it's really easy to follow once you get the hang of it.
I commend you for thinking about your "plan" prior to going.
Here are some reccomendations:
Look for plates with lots of veggies, seafood, fish or chicken. Watch the sauces and oils. You can always have them put sauces on the side.
EPCOT- Japan - Teppanyaki This place is so good! They will even cook your meal with no oil if you request. The seafood (like shrimp & scallops) is your best choice. Most shell fish is only 1 pt per 2oz. Otherwise try the chicken.
MGM -
Brown Derby - Cobb Salad
Prime Time Cafe - Salmon (This is such a good dish! hold the fried potato sticks and ask for them watch the oils and go light on the vinagrette). Lots of yummy veggies.
MK-
Dinner would be easy as it is Thanksgiving items and all you can eat. Just use your points book. Get a complete food book, this will really help you.
Animal Kingdom -
One of the fast food places has a veggie wrap with fruit. It might be Tusker house, but I could be wrong. I know it's not Pizzafari.
Resorts -
Most buffets will have salads, shrimps, vegetarian dishes.
Bomas at AK lodge has many dishes that would work.
Polynesian- Ohana - If you like shrimp, this would be a great meal. Tell them no on the other meats, or just sample them. They bring out a awesome salad and veggies at the beginning. Just ask them to watch the oils in the veggies.
Do a search on the restaurant board for Weight Watchers. There are some good ideas there. Try to think healthy, and watch your portion sizes. Don't make it feel like you are on a diet there. Pick things you enjoy. You will also do a lot of walking so you will gain some activity points there.
Good luck.
