I was at Target and saw the WATP DVD for Abs that includes the ab belt and they only had 1 left so I bought it knowing that if I don't open it I could return it. I have seen here that alot of you use WATP, does anyone have the Abs one? Should I keep this or return it and get something else?

With it being summer we have been trying to get outside for evening walks or bike rides but these are not very intense "workouts" and with DD starting school in less than 3 weeks I am hoping to get into more of a exercise routine then. Is this something that my 9 year old DD could do with me when she has time or would it be to hard for her and could just one of us use the Ab belt and the other not?

Any recommendations on these tapes/DVDs would be appreciated. (I tried doing a search on WATP but the search function is currently disabled.)

Hi
I have the Watp for the abs tapes 1,2,3 miles. Before I fell off the wagon I was using them every day the 2&3 mile ones mostly. Start off the the 1 mile one that belt really works give yourself plenty of time between moving up in the tapes. That 3 mile is a killer at first. As for the kids my 5yr old loves marching right along with me. The 2 1/2 yr old would rather ride on my leg as i kick. Now I need to get back on that wagon. Hope it's coming my way soon.

I also have the Abs ones, I like them a lot. They are great too because they don't take a lot of time. Start with the one mile, like tiggereyore said! Have fun

My kids are also 5 and 2.5, tiggereyore, and they kind of do the same things you said your kids do! My 5 year old marches along side, and my 2.5 year old usually steps right up too, but she wants the belt--and Mommy won't SHARE!!!! LOL!

Well just wanted to let you know, I decided to keep it! DD and I did the 1 mile for first time this morning (I actually did 1 1/2 times) and she made it through the whole time without whining or complaining. I think this will be a good way for us to get some exercise together! Thanks for the positive responses!

I bought mine at Target too. I couldn't believe the price, $24.99 for all three. But mine didn't come with the belt. I did pick up some 3 lb weights after seeing the video the first time.
I haven't done mine in a few days, since I caught this cold, and now the weather has changed and it is so sticky here.
I hate A/C so I have to wait for the weather to coll down a little.
Wonder if I can bring the DVD down to the pool. That would be great, walk away the lbs in water... Peggie
