I hope it is, but by the looks of it, it looks the same everyday on the web site and it looks slow. I hope for people with reservations in March that it is open. If not, you may be in POR like me :D

How many times can they keep moving back the opening date? I would think that Disney would stop giving them rooms to use.

I have my fingers crossed for March. We have reservations in April 2004.

We are like you Debbie, we have reservations for April 7th! Sure hope they are ready by then. What will they do with us if they are not finished?:(

If it's not ready, we will probably cancel our trip until it is open. We have already stayed at the Contemporary once and are going back this November. The reason for going next April is to take our entire family to SOG. I'll keep my fingers crossed for us.

my vote is that the resort will be "partially" open, but not complete. I don't thnk Disney is going to allow SoG to hold onto those rooms much longer.....

I also know that the govt. probably doesn't want this job dragging on forever, either. I wonder if there are incentives for an "on time" finish.

I can't wait to see the renovations, though!

I agree with your thinking madge! I am not sure if I want to stay somewhere that is only partially finished. Who knows what would be open and what would not. They are all ready behind in the project, so I would assume any on time bonus is out the window! I am starting to get nervous about the whole thing!!
