I'm going on vacation this week and need some meal help. Could someone please, please help me pre-choose some meals? I'm doing WW and want to stay well within my points (20-25). Here are the restaurants...

You can eat anything as long as you're really careful about the portion sizes...

When eating out, I try to avoid: casseroles, creamy or oily sauces, fried stuff, and sandwiches. Look for broiled, steamed or grilled items.

All three of these places have some selections that fit those criteria: kebabs, grilled fish, grilled shrimp and chicken.

The hardest thing to do when traveling is finding healthy fruit and vegetable selections. Choose simple veggies whenever you can find them, and try to make your meals out your "big" meal of the day, but be sure not to skip the others.

I always order a double shrimp cocktail OR grilled salmon for my entree, with a salad and a side of vegetables. And a beautiful glass of Pinot Grigio!
